Since September 2005, Lydia Watts has served as a Principal of Greater Good Consulting (GGC), a consulting firm that specializes in not-for-profit strategic planning, board development, fundraising strategy and meeting facilitation. She is the founding board chair of the Network for Victim Recovery of DC, which is a holistic service provider – including representation in civil and criminal cases – for victims of crime in DC. From 1995-2005, Ms. Watts was the Executive Director of Women Empowered Against Violence, Inc. (WEAVE), a multi-disciplinary agency which provides teen and adult victims of domestic violence in Washington, DC an innovative range of services including legal, counseling, clinical case management, economic literacy and empowerment, outreach and education. Ms. Watts graduated summa cum laude from Washington College of Law of American University in June 1996 and from Boston University in January 1991 with a BA in English.
